Part-time cheese grits enthusiast and a professional study abroad student, Emily spent a college career studying and living in Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, the U.A.E., China, Singapore and Malaysia. From these experiences, Emily believes that the best part about travel is meeting people—there is infinite knowledge to learn from them and endless relationships to build.
In rare moments of free time, Emily likes to create vegetarian versions of popular foods and has an annual “art binge” session, drawing or painting nonstop for an entire week.
